Lavender and Orange Salad

Serves 2

3 very ripe oranges, sliced, with the pith and membrane removed

1 tsp. chopped fresh lavender flowers

3 tsp. red wine vinegar

a very little chopped Spanish onion

Mix all the ingredients. Serve as a first course.
