Lavender Stuffing for Roast Lamb

1 cup (2 oz ) soft breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 onion, chopped

1 tsp. very finely chopped lavender flowers

1 tsp. chopped rosemary flowers

Mix all ingredients well.
