cup butter
½
cup sugar
Dash
of salt
2 cups flour
Lavender
sugar
Cream
together the butter and sugar. Add the salt and flour. Mix thoroughly with
mixer or wooden spoon. Chill the dough in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350F. Form dough into small balls and
roll in the lavender sugar mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheets
and bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on racks.
