We started growing lavender in 1994. It was originally planted between the rows of young trees in our old orchard. We soon fell in love with it and have since varied the lavender plantins from 2-6 acres.
Martin (on the left) is our old crew foreman. He used to think we were crazy to have so much lavender planted. He helped us for seven years, and now his brother Jose leads the crew! Ruben has worked on the farm for thirteen years.
