A fairly detailed book with information on almost anything lavender related you could think of. This Australian lady writes about the gardening side, the farming side, and the history side (she even gives a bunch of 'Lavender Cries' used in London to sell the fragrant herb.) This book has the most extensive botanical discussion of the types and species of lavender of all we've seen. The farms mentioned are all in Australia and England. Excellent drawings by the author.
